“Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew. They're what make the instrument stretch-what make you go beyond the norm.”
Author Unknown

We learn from a young age that a little competition is healthy. It's what makes us strive for goals. Depending how hard we work, how much we give and how good the competition is determines the outcome. It's a rivalry between two or more persons or groups for an object desired in common, usually resulting in a victor and a loser but not necessarily involving the destruction of the latter.
A spelling bee, a promotion at work, even the games we play with our friends are a competition. But, what happens when the prize is bigger than a certificate of achievement, extra income or bragging rights? What if your heart that's involved. If you lose you also lose your heart.

Would you still play the game? Would you take the challenge?
My newest WIP asks this question....I still don't have the answers
